Wendy's

I have reviewed this place before, and it has been amazing....until I ordered delivery yesterday. So I placed an order for delivery...an Asiago chicken combo and a Big Bacon Classic combo, and a medium frosty, pretty easy, right?? Wrong!!! The food was cold, didn't have the extra items on there that I asked for including the bacon on the burger when I tell you they are cold, they looked like they were made the day before and just sent in the bag. And don't forget the fries... they were cold, hard, and really inedible. And finally I ordered a frosty which the delivery driver had no clue about...when I took my order in, the drinks were without ice and warm. I even asked the driver where my frosty was, and he was clueless. So I called the restaurant and complained about my order. I had taken pictures so they would understand how I felt, and I will place them below. The woman Debbie that I talked to blamed it on the delivery driver but there is no way that ordering 30 minutes before he arrived could have produced such sandwiches and food....and she said for this time only she would remake my order but I would have to pick it up....that kind of defeats the purpose of delivery. Needless to say, I will be finding a new Wendy's because this one has lost my business for good. I felt like no one cared that I had spent a bunch of money in there, but no more. Word of advice...never order delivery from them....EVER!! You will never know what you are being served...

Food was TERRIBLE! Staff didn't let customers know the only Frosty they had was strawberry. The size of them even got smaller. The cup is shorter & smaller around. They served French Fries that looked like thin steak fries. They were even gray in color. Management said they were waiting on a truck(delivery). I suggested the cashier should inform patrons any changes in their orders BEFORE they pay for them. VERY unprofessional. Wendy's has changed alot since they opened. Dave would be disappointed.

The drive-thru could be faster . You have to wait so long to pick up the food. I ordered a bacon and cheese burger with nothing on it .I got it with everything on it. I couldn't take it back because I was on the road home when I opened it. This was the second time it happened to me. I try to get at least four large Chili's ,they are only halfway full . I'm not going to try again.

Almost an hour in drive-thru and didn't get all of my food nor was what I received all correct. Horrible experience. I ordered 2 biggie bags, nuggets, fries, chili, and 2 vanilla frosties. I received two chocolate frosties, two biggie bags, and chili. No extra nuggets nor my large fry that I paid for. I wasn't waiting another hour in drive-thru to get it fixed when I had to be up at 7 am and still had a two hour drive. We got our food at appx 1030 pm. Just horrible experience down to the rude person taking orders who ignored us until I suggested we leave for BK (even snapped at us when my mom said hello after being ignored at the speaker)
