Subway

Me and my daughter love this subway aside from the fact that once the old manager was very rude to us and wanted us to pay for a new meal after they messed it up, and that today about 2 minutes ago I was on the phone and the person who picked up wasn’t very good with English, which I don’t have a problem with, it’s just that it was hard to communicate, and the other person kept repeating themselves instead of answering my questions. I wasn’t even talking fast. This is why I’m giving three stars. Also, I only called because the tuna on my daughters sub tasted weird. Other than that their service is great. 👍 😊 😌 😌 😊 👍

First off, it was very hot in there. So a door for ventilation should have been open. It's a small restaurant that had 3 employees & several patrons. All of us had on masks. But it eas very hard to breathe in addition to the mask & little circulation of all that hot heat. Then a older man (service guy) towards the back that appeared to be working on the thermostat or something by the side door, with NO MASK ON!!! 😲 And to add insult to injury he started hacking & coughing. I moved from that area immediately & was about to be helped. I let them know that I had a on-line order. Got it & got the heck out of there. What in the world. One of the sandwiches was barely wrapped & with the end open. The other barely had any lettuce & I specifically asked for extra lettuce on the order. I asked for less oil & vinegar & it was on their heavy & bitter tasting. Bread was also a little hard on the ends. I will not be back. People & there disregard for no mask is very disheartening to me. & a not so great sandwich. Jesus take the wheel. 2 stars at least the staff was friendly. 🙏🏽Prayers💖

I was very displeased with my visit. I work in fast food so naturally I just am bubbly, so when I walked in I said hello to everyone and the 3 lady's behind the counter just looked at me and said nothing. I know this because besides one other customer, it was just me. So I would have heard them. All three lady's looked at me so angrily.. but anyways I go to order a veggie delite and the bread was smushed!! But again, I know not always does food machines work well. So I was like okay.. and they are trying to say as little as possible to me! I'm feeling really unwanted in this subway and I'm about to just say forget it. But she passes my sandwhich off to the next girl which is more awkward and rude, and I'm saying what I want on it and she is putting as little as possible. Like I know subway has a select amount to put on a sandwich but what she put on my footlong, was what would go on a kids mini in regards to veggies.. I know this because I have worked for subway before. Well she finishes and hands me off to the cashier and the lady is even more rude, it's like I went through the levels of rudeness. well she rings me up and asks, " is that it?!" I said just the sandwich ma'am and she told me the total and flung the bag towards me and I booked it out of there. I will never go back to that one. I went to this one because I was out running errands. I will never go back to this one. I will stick to my favorite one on bankhead in Carrollton. This one in douglasville is a Joke!
