Cracker Barrel

My friends, family, and I dined here a few years ago for brunch. The customer service from getting in and getting out was appreciatively terrific and the waitresses only took a few minutes to come out. Our orders were taken and dealt with accordingly. There were however a few errors with the meals, but they made certain that the issues were resolved, settling for nothing less than perfection for the customers alone. The item I decided on was the Barrel Cheeseburger with a side of their Macaroni N’ Cheese and Steak Fries. The Barrel Cheeseburger was displayed beautifully however the bun was a little bit greasy and the mayonnaise was relatively insufficient, therefore, rendering the burger somewhat dry, nevertheless, they got the way that I wanted the meat cooked correctly as medium-well. The Macaroni N’ Cheese was pretty decent, offering that smooth, cheesy flavor with a little bit of crust on the top just how I usually enjoy it at home. Finally, the Steak Fries were considerably seasoned offering a good amount of crispiness without it being burnt.

I love Cracker Barrel but not this location!! I recently moved down the street from this location and was hoping that it would be as good as the location off of Thornton rd but it’s terrible! Some of my food was over cooked, I received super small quantities for meals that included three sides and my biscuits looked like pretzels. The next day, I checked my bank account and realized that I’d been overcharged $10 and when I called the restaurant the manager told me that she may be able to credit my account the overcharge if there wasn’t an issue with her investigation. I had my order number and a screenshot of my total so there shouldn’t have been a problem to begin with. After expressing my disappointment with the entire experience on the restaurant site I received a coupon for a free dessert that I will never use. Guess I’ll have to drive further to my favorite location because this one is definitely not it.

It's been the second time I ordered online and it says 30 minutes until it's ready..well I waited for like an hour to get my food I live like 8 minutes away and when I got home my food wasn't even warm it was cold im not someone who complain but on this case I feel like have to do it because it wasn't a good service. I've been there dining in never had a problem everything was good but online it is a different story I can say it is bad service.

Had a good time here. The food did take a while to come. But, the waitress did bring us some biscuits for the long wait. It’s the little things like that, that make a place worth visiting. The food was good. I enjoyed my chicken sandwich. My wife enjoyed her mail and so did my daughter. We’ll be visiting again. And the price was just right.

We stopped at this location on our way home from Atlanta to Birmingham and had a lovely experience. The store and dining space were very clean, and the staff was extremely welcoming. We overheard they were short staffed, as so many restaurants currently are, but that did not deter the staff from providing excellent service. Everyone on the floor had a smile and was so kind. The team and management are doing a great job bringing kindness to others.
