Avis sur Bojangles

Bad Service. This review is for the Bojangle's restaurant located on Ross Clark Circle close to the medical center. I like the food, it's the service that needs improvement. I ordered two, two breast dinners to go. When I returned home, there was only one breast in each box. I took them back. When I returned home again, they had removed the biscuits to put in the second breast but did not put the biscuits back in. That is part of your meals appeal, the biscuits. How do you forget to put the biscuits in with the meal. I was not about to go back to get the biscuits, so we ate the meals as they were. How stupid are your employees that they can not put a simple meal together. They messed up the order not just once but twice. If they can not do the job that they were hired to do, then they should be fired. This is not the first time I have had this to happen at this location. I 've said this before about other restaurants, it doesn't matter how good the food is, if the service that a customer expects is not there, you are going to lose that customer. I repeat, IF YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE THAT STUPID , FIRE THEM AND ANY MANAGER THEY MAY HAVE BEEN WORKING UNDER. There is no excuse for the kind of bad service and stupidity.

New location in Dothan. I've always been a Bojangles fan, and this new location is a great stopping point on the way to and from Atlanta. The chicken is great, the sides filling, and the hot buttered biscuits are superb. Ask for extra biscuits and honey. They go great with the chicken. Bojangles can be counted on to get the sweet tea right.<br/><br/>This new location is clean and staffed with some of the nicest folks in Dothan! Stop on in and sit a spell, eat some chicken, and a honey biscuit with your sweet tea.
