Hardee's

Be very aware when you attend this particular Hardee’s. The lady that waited on me was very rude and show no courtesy. She even alluded to the fact that I could sit down, but afterwards told me I had to order to go; no dining in? She also got an attitude with me about it. When another employee, a nice young lady came out, who was polite; she told me that there was no dining you. While speaking to her, the first cashier interrupted as stated I didn’t tell you you could dine in, you heard me wrong. After a brief dialogue, with no agreement, I gathered my food and informed her, the rude cashier, that her customer service was very good; of course I was being facetious. She said whatever? I then mentioned, I’ll be sure to leave her a good survey; sarcastically of course. She said do what you gave to do! Be very aware, this day and age customer service is on downfall. Respect and concern for the betterment of people and companies is fading away. If you’re looking for a pleasant customer service, then go somewhere your feel like you’re business is appreciated, but I would not recommend this particular Hardees: located 3471 Ross Clark’s Rockin Dothan Alabama. I am in customer service and realize the value of business and repeat business. I hope this survey, though inspired by a negative experience , produces positive change.
