Burgerfi

Place is really nice and they have a lot of seating inside and out. It could get busy but they handle it very well. The workers are really nice and they double check on you if you need anything else, they will bring it to your table. Their shakes are amazing. I always get the Oreo flavor and I also really like their chicken tenders. But, everything is really good too.

The receipt was attached to the bag and it was exactly as I ordered. That was the only thing they got correct. Everything else was completely wrong! Drinks and extra sauce were missing. Fries and onion rings were soggy and dripping with grease. Ordered one burger as a junior but they made the bacon cheeseburger a junior instead. Used Uber eats so the missing drink was on them. Everything else was BurgerFi!

We are visiting from New Jersey and heard so many great reviews about burgerfi and decided to try it for ourselves. We read that the ceo was the burger to order but wanted to see if the cashier had any recommendations. Tyrone was the cashier and when asked for recommendations what he liked on the menu he immediately said he doesn’t want to talk about it and won’t answer that question. He was rude throughout the whole order experience. No smile would cut us off when talking to him etc. when we paid he stated we had press any button labeled as “other” in order to continue. Little did we know ‘other’ was referring to tip. Overall horrible customer service ruined the whole burger experience for me. The burgers were not even worth it. If I’m paying $12 for a burger I expect the customer service to be better especially if I’m forced to leave a hefty tip…. Never coming again nor will I ever recommend someone to try the burgers.
