Starbucks

Starbucks’ coffee quality remains generic and mediocre and among the most acidic in the world. However, this is a very cool and popular location where students come to chill and study and office workers come for their morning and afternoon java recharge. It’s got a great outdoor patio area for relaxing under the brilliant Miami sun. The location is well-kept, clean and serves a variety of sandwiches, desserts, hot and cold drinks and, of course, very friendly service.

If I can give this location zero stars I would. The service is so slow it’s creamy how slow it is. Even for mobile order I still get there before my order is even noticed. The staff is also snobby and rude. This location is always out of stock of everything. These days it’s hard to find real costumer service. Only place who still has customer service is chick fil a. If it warm so busy there that’s where I would be going for breakfast every morning.

HORRENDOUS - Monday 6:29 long wait and curly hair barista has an awful attitude. I asked for Splenda as they have their sugar and Splenda inside the counter - not reachable for customers - their straws also not reachable but closer to my side so I grabbed one - he in front of all other customers told me: next time you ask and just don’t grab one - really?! You are not paying attention and give me Splenda but how do I I supposed to mix it - anyway not the attitude you receive at any Starbucks. I paid $5 for a small coffee with horrible service - SLOW service - I live in Miami Beach and service is really fast and friendly - seems like this shop doesn’t belong to the same chain
