The fries tastes very oily and bad and they fried it too many times that is brown.
Server is not at the counter, u have to wait for them.
The ice cream tastes weird, not the one i miss.
A plus star for ice cream is working tho.

I placed an mobile order and when I picked it up the employee refused to provide a straw for my drink. He pointed to a postor. It says according to California regulations........But it's ridiculous. No one goes out with straws. he didn't give me a napkin, either. The service is very very bad. I will go to another McDonald instead. I've never had a problem with a straw there.

The employers are rude, and the food was cold. And they had me wait 10 minutes and it was not even fresh. Don't go there unless u like to waste ur time and money and be treated like they are above you and they would rather do anything else but serve you.

Awful experience ordered Travis Scott burger at 3:30am on mobile app after working all night, once arrived they told me they are on breakfast transition they canceled my order and ask to order breakfast instead, and yet they had the dinner menu still, and wasn’t able to see any breakfast menu the manager Francisco needs to get more customer service training and also if it says in the app there transition times they should respect them. Poor customer service.
I wonder if McDonalds still cares for their customers and Not only selling there products. I’ve attached corporate and store number for any more complaints
