Starbucks

Been here twice already and satisfied with my experiences! I have only ordered via mobile app and the drinks come out QUICK. The app is accurate--within 4-7 minutes! Today I ordered a Venti Strawberry Acai Refresher with light ice and it was DELICIOUS. I am currently obsessed with their refreshers. Only -1 star because the previous time I ordered I wanted soy milk in my latte, but this store was out so I had to sub oat milk instead. They were still out of soy milk when I wanted to order an iced latte today but that's okay--I ordered this delicious refresher instead! I am an iced vanilla soy latte fanatic so that made me a little bummed, but the drink with oat milk was still OK. I have yet to order in person or through their drive through. But I am satisfied with the mobile experience! Thank you staff for what you do!! I plan to keep coming back and ordering via the mobile app again and again when I'm in the area (:

Two cups of American coffee on the phone, then drove to the store for five minutes, waited in the store for five minutes, and after everyone who arrived at the shop late than me took it, no one paid attention to me again! Two cups of American coffee will have been put in the pick-up area long ago! Just order coffee on the phone for convenience and speed. I don't want to wait! The staff in black asked the whites to get coffee first.

My friend wanted a snack so this happened to be the only spot in the area since it's mostly residential once you go southbound on Diamond Bar Blvd past Pathfinder. So glad we stopped & I wish I remembered her name the young lady doing the drive through. She was so pleasant & cheerful just full of positive vibes. Great service & left wanting to return.

I would like to tell anyone that needs to learn this; longer wait times can be due to many different factors, like an out of order machine or just the sheer amount of customers at the time. This does NOT give you the right to cuss out employees and throw their tips and merchandise everywhere like a raging child. If you're really in a rush, then use the Starbucks app and order ahead rather than act like an insolent human being 😄 The employees that dealt with this man-child have my respects
