Teen antics throughout the store makes you feel likes its a high school, not somewhere you get food. Never received food on time. Only reason I am giving it two stars is its my wife's favourite takeaway type....so it makes my life a little easier but not proportionally.

Drive through setup is terrible. Feel sorry for the poor young people working there 😢 Didn't get our drink (which unfortunately happens often) but in their defence they are usually so busy. Food quality has definitely declined. I miss good old KFC 😭

We ordered 2 boxes of 3 piece feeds. They asked us if we’d like extra salt and we said yes. What an absolute joke. We got 2 tiny wings it was more like quail size and 2 chicken nuggets. And no salt at all on the chips. The service was so poor - we will never go back there again. I feel for line of people that we’re waiting behind us.

Had the chicken tenders meal, I don't think it would be possible to get any smaller tenders, all three of them. I've had this meal before with good sized pieces, at times there is the odd smaller one, but to have all three small was disappointing.

....was told thered be a wait on an order at 1st window, changed the order only to be told at next window thered be an even longer wait on the burgers....um why not be told that in the first place...then sat nd waited almost 15 minutes for the order....not good enuff I think....
To their credit they did add an xtra large chips nd a choc mousse...

If I could give it less I would. Absolutely appallingly rude service in drive through and then to make it even worse when I took the time to go in to talk to the manager he and his filthy bunch of sidekicks who were even more belligerent. Cannot believe these people are employed in customer service. 🤮

Not being from the area and already driven a couple of hours, I stupidly went through the drive thru...OMFG never ever ever again! Waited in line over 40 mins before i ordered then another 20 before we got our meal .. either park and walk in or skip drive thru...
Not even joking, times were ridiculous. Poor girl beside us ran out of petrol and the guy behind his car over heated.

Chaos, the unorganised shambles is like watching a live YouTube clip of 'fast food gone wrong' Seemingly no organisation or communication between counter area and back area. And half my food was cold as it was packed and bagged 15 min before the rest of my food was ready.
