Mcdonald's

This McDonald’s is one of the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been in, not only was my meal well prepared and warm, but the service there is excellent. They also brought me my meal to the table. The manager was very nice & asked if everything was okay. Over all great costumer service & the employees were very helpful too.

We visited via drive thru. Our drive thru attendant sounded angry and annoyed with us whe we ordered. Furthermore I ordered the double cheese burger without ketchup or onion. They did not make it correctly. Our drinks were half full, but since we had gone through drive thru we didn't bother going back.

We stopped to buy dinner they overcharged us when we got to the window we let the lady know she gave me a refund receipt and charge us again for the correct amount this happened on December 27 of 2021 I have called the store they said the general manager was going to contact me he never did I called the corporate office they said somebody was going to call me the next day and they never did at this point I am still waiting for my refund to clear on my card or from somebody to take Responsibility on this matter. Very irresponsible and non-responsive people at the store somebody needs to do something about it so I can get my money back I have sent pictures of all three receipts to personnel at the store and I have still not received my money back . Can somebody assist please?
