Dunkin'

Dirty... Little foreign man could hardly speak English.. scammed the till right in front of us. Charged us for 5 donut holes but we ordered 10 holes and 2 large drinks, paid 14$ but he had 1.50 on the register and screw d me out of my DD POINTS.. homeless man sleeping in the hall in front of the bathroom... I do not recommend this place

this is BY FAR THE WORST DUNKIN I'VE EVER BEEN TO!!! My first encounter here was terrible. I tried ordering a chicken bacon croissant sandwich. I got served stuffers. I'm from Georgia and didn't know the difference?? The lady got an attitude. This happened around when I first moved to Michigan. Second encounter was about a week ago and my boyfriend tried telling me that there doesn't look like there's any donuts inside the racks AFTER placing an online order.. so I walk up the door at night and this older woman that worked there tried telling a homeless dude over and over again that they were closed...?? I stated that I had an online order and she said their donuts are all THROWN AWAY. 🙄 I asked if they could refund my order because it was 30$ worth of donuts... She said they don't take care of that in the store. I asked how could I get this situated and she said she wasn't sure.... :| I don't even see how this Dunkin is still in business... Third encounter was through a Uber eats delivery. Donuts don't taste fresh at all.... Cold and stale. Also the assortment box was really plain and dull. Saddening.

This place have only one good worker and it's the older lady with short hair she has the best service! The stud that drive the silver jeep is SUPER LAZY! I wonder how she even get a job as lazy as she is😅 The tall linky guy with glasses is not very clean and always have a coat and bookbag on🤢 the Arab guy speaks POOR English and you have to repeat yourself 100 times. Don't go here unless it's AFTER 10pm -if you want GREAT service.

I love their iced caramel frappe & plus they have a 31 flavors in there too! Clean & most of the employees are polite. I gave a 4 stars because the only person who seems to really work is the young girl (sorry I don't know their names) the rest like to stand around and talk. BTW- The young girl definitely needs a raise!!!

Smh, words can't even describe how I feel about this Location Night Shift. In today's World of this Pandemic they can't accept Debt. Cash only, I haven't carried money in over 15 years. Cause I thought Swiping and Go was the way to go, not at this Location at Night. The guy never put out Fresh Donuts, Stock the Shelves of the Freezer or want to really do anything really. Management has really went to Hell at this Location.
