What a very personable person who took our orders by the window...none! You know by the tone of his voice if he's interested with what he's doing or not. If i am the manager of that branch or during hiring process these employees should be trained how to deal with people and put their best personality forward in order for the customers to feel good and perhaps become repeat customers! Management take notice!

I'm done with this place. This is not the first time that I've waited way too long in the Drive-Thru for my food. People in front of me are actually pulling away after ordering cuz they're waiting so so long. It happens at breakfast and at lunch. I like their food better than other chains, but this one is just way too slow. Get it together Burger King.

I pull up to the drive through to pay for my food and they think they are slick saying “oh it’s this guy again” while the window is open. I don’t care what the reason was for it. How am I supposed to eat food they are making after that statement?? And they can’t give me a refund. 0 star.

They Do not even deserve a 1 star Im a truck driver and can't drive through the drive through. I was told no to order by walking up to order food. We deserve better in this country to be treated this way if.yoi wouldn't even have the product to sell if it wasn't for the driver who brought it.

This Place is just not worth it... Burger King in General has been in decline I believe... and the restaurants them self don't help they make me not go here ...Whooper with cheese is still good but they are lacking in everything else including service !

The food was good and the restaurant was clean but I had asked for no pickles. I guess when you say no pickles to them that means extra 😂 but english and comprehension are hard to come across at all the fast food places here in Des Plaines.

No matter what Burger King I am at the hamburgers are lukewarm I don't know why I keep trying Burger King flame broiled is better than fried. However this has been an issue going on for quite some time probably going to stop eating there.

wish i could give 0 stars honestly. all the guy at the speaker said was “we’re closed” when i said i had an order for pick up, and then proceeded to say “we’re closed” again when i asked how to go about getting my money back. learn how to do business or don’t do it at all
