Little Caesars

NEVER READY ON TIME, no matter if you order online or by phone. The employees look like they are bored and don't want to be there! The place definitely needs a revamp. It's the beginning of April, and they still have the Christmas decorations on display! Not to mention, their plastic wrap to separate customers from the employees looks like it was put up by a child!!!

Located in a mini strip mall, I find this location perfect for a fast pick up and a few quick trips to surrounding stores. I've experienced courteous employees, both over the phone and in person. I usually phone in my order to ensure a fresh made pizza and when I pick up my order its just as I requested and on time. The location itself is quite small, however their offerings are the same as every other Little Ceasars. Again, the location is ideal whether for a one stop shop for pizza and pop or if you're across the street at Jewel or Aldi and want to stop in real quick for a pizza to bring home.

Hot-N-Ready should be taken off the advertisement. The pizzas are either "Lukewarm-n-ready", or "hot-n-15mins". Several times I have asked if they are available, told yes, paid for them, then told it would be a 7 min wait (which always turns into 15 mins). I am done with it. Not a good way to get customers to come back.

The pizza and the workers are great! What I don't like is the condition the workers have to work in. I walked in here on a 70 degree day and it felt like almost 80 to 85 degrees in here. How can anyone work like this?! I had to wait 15 minutes for my pizza and was almost dying. Shame on the owners for having a poorly ventilated facility.
