Mcdonald's

I live literally 3 minutes away from this McDonald’s so i get food here often simply because it’s close. I should have been stopped coming to this McDonald’s because common sense isn’t so common at this location. If you aren’t waiting 20 to 30 minutes for your order, you’re driving back because like I said common sense isn’t so common. Even after they’ve repeated your order the order is still incorrect. I’m currently 8 months pregnant, I ate here two days ago and received food poisoning so severe that I had to be hospitalized and almost went into early labor. I do not usually do reviews or anything like this but this specific McDonald’s needs to be shut down completely. They’re careless and lack basic customer service skills and fast food skills. After calling and letting the manager know about the food poisoning, he had the audacity to say “he doesn’t know if I got it from them” as if they’re the cleanest McDonald’s in the world. The situation could have been way worse for myself and my unborn child. I have called the health department as well. Do not eat at this location!!!!!! If I could give a zero star I would!

Sunday, March 27th at 9 pm. This location is a 24 hour open location. Having trouble finding pies for my wife at the 3 closest McDonalds. Called around and made sure they had pies. Had kind of long drive but wife really wanted pies. Got there really long line I waited 40 minutes to get to order screen. Waited another 20 minutes at order screen. Someone finally came and said they were closing no explanation no apology no compensation. I have had really poor service at this particular McDonald’s. I called and spoke to the manager at the time. I filed a complaint with him but he did not need my phone number or contact information. He was hard to understand and had extremely poor customer service. I am sure the complaint went in the garbage. I would avoid this McDonalds. I have been to this one about 15 times and had problems about half the time. I will not be back to this McDonald’s. All the McDonalds around me are getting worse. They need better management and employees.

This was the low bar of mcdonalds. I waited on the curb for 20 minutes, the guy before me waited 30. Throughout that time, there was roughly 4 or 5 cars that came and went in the other curb side spot beside us. Then I went inside and turns out they forgot about my order. They threw in an apple pie and called it good on their part. The burger was the worst I've seen from McDonald's. Sorry to say. This one went from a good spot to bad recently.

I'm vegetarian and they mess up my order every time we come here. Stopped by this morning to grab a quick breakfast and they had to remake my egg and cheese McMuffin 3x because they kept putting ham on it and then arguing with me when I tried to get them to make the correct order. Took almost a half hour to get a couple breakfast sandwiches

I'm a dasher and the lobby was closed which made me go through the drive through with all others who hadn't pre ordered. When I got to the window and was handed the order I said it couldn't be mine and gave the order #. She said it was. Well.... it wasn't and my customer wasn't happy. They need to prefect the pick up for the deliveries!

They tried to be set up to be all electronic and efficient. You had to order at a touchscreen. I would describe the place as a bad middle school symphony of alarms and beeps with 3 or 4 hopelessly overwhelmed workers trying to find time to breathe. After 20 minutes my patience ran out and, almost yelling, said "All I want is the soda I already paid for!". Someone ran towards me, gave me the biggest cup they had ( thank you for the upgrade) and ran off. Was the superzising worth it???

This McDonald's is sweet when its late at night and you want something pull in here . I love this place I always just use the drive threw I've never been inside here before . The drive threw just makes it so easy , bring your friend's and family there's so many places to park there should you want to go inside . #love
