Pizza Hut

The service and communication were good. The main issue is the pizza itself. We ordered a thin and crispy and a hand tossed, when I got it and brought it back to the house, the thin and crispy pizza was not crispy at all. I picked up a slice and it had no structure and sagged completely. I had to put it in the oven once home to get it to a crispy level that it should have been. We won’t be returning.

You can see I have usually given everywhere else a great review. The lady I was just talking to so I could place my order was extremely rude and acted like I was an inconvenience to her. I would never ever ever order from this Pizza Hut you can get top quality service and communication from any local Papa John’s. This kind of attitude is why Pizza Hut is failing

Customer service was AWFUL! It was five minutes till closing so she told me she wouldn’t deliver this late. I understand, but she didn’t give me any other options…I had to ask. She took my order and told me to be there in five minutes. I got there and the door was locked. She asked my name through the locked door while it was raining, then went back to her computer to check… I never even gave her my name. I went back to my car to wait and she was very annoyed. Then she was ready for me to come in and pay so motioned me to the door, I get out of my car go to the door she turns around and walks away because she had to answer the phone. Well the place is already closed and she’s not going to make anyone a pizza so I don’t know why she has to answer the phone. Just rude! Don’t work at a job where you have to work with people if you don’t like people.

The website clearly offered curbside pick up for pizza. When I got to the store I was told they did not offer curbside and would need to come in. Because I had children in the car, they finally agreed to bring out the pizza this once. When they brought it out they looked through my back window to confirm my young kids were actually in the car. Bad communication, bad customer service, and beyond rude.
