LaVonda is the best customer service person I have ever had wait on me in any fast food restaurant! I don’t know if she is a manager or not but she deserves to be recognized for her outstanding customer service and leadership qualities. She is extremely friendly, very customer service oriented and goes the extra mile to please.

I just had the worst fast food/restaurant experience of my entire life. With no exaggeration, I spent 40 minutes at this establishment in line at the drive through. I honestly don't know what the issue was but I don't think it should take that long. And I completely understand if a place is short staffed or something like that but there were three workers in just the drive through window.

We arrived at 9pm, took 10 minutes for someone to come to the window, we couldn’t understand what they were saying. We saw people go into the store earlier when we arrived and when we went to get our food two of the workers were just talking at the window, 20 minutes had now passed total, they had missed one of our orders and we did not get a receipt. I was going to go inside to get the other meal, but the door was locked. There was no sign or message giving a reason why it was locked. Very disappointed with Wendy’s.

I was craving a big juicy burger and this hit the spot! Quick, fresh, delish.
I ordered through door dash- timing was just as quoted.
The meal was less than $10 and included fries and a drink.
Wendy's has never been in my rotation of fast food burger joints- but this experience will change that!

0 Stars. Came at 8:15pm on Saturday, I found the drive through full, both doors locked, with people still eating inside. They don't close til 10 on Saturday. So I call and ask why the doors are locked. They're closing a whole hour and 45 minutes early. "Doors must remain unlocked during business hours" stickers on the windows as well. Bunch of rude, lazy kids.

not entirely sure why it took over 20 minutes just to be available to take my order, this was the longest i've ever spent in a wendys drive thru in my entire life. Probably any drive thru ever in any place in the world

Love Wendy’s and normally don’t go to the effort of writing reviews for fast food, but hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had. Never ordering from this location again.

So we tried out Wendys breakfast. It is good but... One sandwich needed more cheese. It only had a little spot. The huge baconator breakfast sandwhich was missing half the bacon and cheese as well. One BIG plus is thier eggs.. fresh real eggs! Still their sandwiches are good they could be great. Their coffee is perfect but they do not have packets so they have to add your cream and sugar themselves but turned out perfect. They do also have the frosty iced coffee which tastes like it sounds. They have vanilla and chocolate choices....not 100% sure if it is their actual frosty they put in the coffee but it tastes like it. I wasn't impressed by it. But that doesn't mean others won't like it.
