Now I would of give this McDonald's 5 stars instead of 4 stars even though someone stolen my work shoes in the lobby, and they know, I work right down the street from them, but not only that. A strange lady on of February 2nd 2022, connect to a lady in Ames Iowa in 2017.... When me and 2 more other ladles was temporarily staying on Kellogg St in the basement, and I was only working in Iowa at McDonald's on Duff ave in 2017, not asking for housing or public assistance, and wasn't going to pay high rent for something temporarily of the summertime in 2017....Anyways this lady work at McDonald's on Forest Ave. Connect to the lady that was homeless lying on public floors, in every shelter in Iowa with no remodeling of her own, or help from her own family. Connects to this disrespectful ugly mess up teeth lady at McDonald's on Forest Ave in Clive Iowa. While she's worrying about me in Chicago and doesn't even know me ... I am still blessed and comfortable to do whatever and still living better than these folks, who don't care about their family nasty crazy Schizophrenic selves. I am going to show a picture of the item I've brought so when people see this review they will know of this know homeless person as well connect to her family that was homeless too in 2017 on Ames, Iowa, down the street from McDonald's on Duff ave... And I drove back home in my paid off Toyota, I earn doing my middle years of CNA.

About the food great, the cashier was to rude against me, she just left the counter at the time that I was ready to order and just watch me and she doesn't care about me, I was in line for about 3 minutes just watching who is going to take my order, until somebody else of the team there get my order. I felt no good experience. Food and facilities was great but service bad.

I ordered a large fry through the app in the 6:00 hour. I was asked to pull forward for my single order of fries. At least 4 other cars received their order. After 8 minutes of waiting in 95 degree weather I received my order from someone stating he was the manager. He did not have an explanation for the long wait.

Drive thru only, but they let me go thru on my bike and this time no sign at all aon the door so you didn't know until you I walked up there and then noticed it.

Don't go here if you're on an early bike ride. Dining room closed, they won't serve you through the drive through. Apparently bikes aren't cars and so you don't deserve food because of your lifestyle choices.

Depending on who's working it's ok. Their dining room was closed for a really really long time and so the lines for the driveway work completely outrageous I don't know if your dining room is still open I can't really say anything about the food because it's McDonald's.

KELLIE was extremely friendly and very serious about providing timely service. I came at a busy time and she was bagging several door dash orders yet still acknowledged me and the other customers and apologized for the delay.

This Mc Donald's is a hit or miss restaurant. The manager is very rude if I was able to give 0 stars I would. Special orders are made 50% of time correctly. I've had to call corporate on this restaurant twice. 0 out of 5 stars in my opinion.
