Papa Johns Pizza

This thing was supposed to be original large specialty Supreme with only pepperoni for meat and extra cheese that we paid extra for. With 18 wings well done. So they made the pizza well not the wings, had only 8 or 9 pieces of pepperoni and hardly any other toppings. For $40 flipping dollars! No, just no. Worst pizza I've ever seen a Papa John's try to serve.

Ordered half pepperoni, half jalapeños & onions estimated delivery 30-40 mins. It took over an hour to get here. Pizza was barely warm and was not made correctly. TONS of sauce, not very much cheese, hardly any pepperoni and it was missing jalapeños. Would have been fine if the pizza at least tasted good but it did not. This store always messes up our orders.

Haven't had a bad experience here yet. Until today when I ordered left sausage, right pepperoni and they did left sausage & pepperoni, right just cheese. I called and the manager is sending a corrected pizza by delivery, even though I did carryout initially. Far better customer service than the dominos on douglas!

By far the best pizza in town. I'm a resident of Des Moines and when it comes to pizza, Papa John's wins by a lot. My wife and I love ordering the cheese crust pizza with buffalo wings. We are never unhappy with their service and of course, the food. Every time we order online, because of our home location, they deliver from this spot. Thank you for always making that great pizza that beats the competitors!

VERY DISSATISFIED Was told it would be a 36min wait for delivery, waited for OVER an hour for ONLY a medium special. The driver drove passed me as I stood waiting (no call on if they were even at the right location), called and was asked if I wanted the driver to double back! Seriously?? The driver couldn't have went but a few blocks when I was on the phone.. Yes, I told the girl, I would like the pizza I paid for. Proceeded to wait another 20mins, when I called AGAIN I was told my order had been voided by management because the driver called my number and I wasn't outside... mind you I gave my number TWICE on the initial phone call. Today my roommate tried ordering for carry-out; the girl on the phone was clearly poorly trained in customer service and became rude when asked to repeat the order. So long story short.. that phone call was ended and the order canceled. NEVER ordering from this location again!
