Wendy's

Ordered the spicy asiago club and a spicy nugget 10 piece. Got a regular nugget and a spicy chicken with just sauce and bacon. There was absolutely nobody inside eating or in the drive through so they clearly weren't busy. I guess putting the veggies on the sandwich or reading the freezer bag they dump nuggets out of is too much work for fast food employees. These instances remind me why I rarely eat at any fast food places. Didn't find out until I was already home 20 mins away or I would have just given it back and gotten a refund.

I’ve eaten here 3 days in a row, and every single time without exception they have gotten the number of sauces / type of sauces wrong. Also, every sauce they’ve given me has sticky goo or grimy black grease on it and no employees seem to care or notice. The unopened sauces were so greasy on the outside I had to use all of the 3 napkins they gave me just to be able to handle the sauces. It’s disgusting enough to avoid eating here unless you like having your cup holders and console be covered in sticky goo. Food was fine.

I'm horrified! I just received a cold partially microwaved cheeseburger from Wendy's on Merle Hay road by the interstate. It was disgusting. I returned it and they were NOT HAPPY about it! They replaced it with another I checked it immediately, it had pickles which I specifically ordered without. I took it in the store and the guy who gave me my order initially was verbally aggressive pronounced loudly why I had returned it and the rest of the crew was chanting it! It was truly scary! There's one star just so I could get this message up or I wouldn't have put any.

I ordered a "Hot Honey (spicy) chicken sandwich and ended up with a regular spicy chicken sandwich. I know this because I compared the ingredients. I've almost never liked Wendy's to begin with ever since they got rid of their potatoes with broccoli & cheddar. That being said, whomever is the Twitter spokesperson for Wendy's, they're hilarious.

This Wendy's has some friendly staff members. Definitely fast service and order was correct. The young lady that helped us actually put silverware and napkins in the bag to go without be asked for them, with in my book is a huge plus! ➕️ Something Noone has done since Arby's in Altoona. Have to hand it to them the evening staff at this Wendy's has got it together! So good job! 👏
