Mcdonald's

It's a McDonald's. I know what to expect from the food and the service. Some days the service is better than others because of how busy they may be or other factors just like any place. Sometimes the food is better or worse depending on when you go through. Mostly though it's consistent and for a sandwich that likely costs less than $2, what more can you ask for?

Yesterday we put in a mobile order and after checking in they came out and told us they couldn't do the chocolate shakes but could sub vanilla, my seven year old was obviously upset about this but I figured we would make it work. After what seemed like ten minutes here comes our food chocolate shakes and all. They took the time to figure out what was wrong with the chocolate because she knew that's what the kids wanted, they even split the nuggets into two containers without us asking. I never expect this kind of service from a fast food place (always so busy) and I never leave reviews but this was truly a great experience. My passenger had worked at a different store for awhile back and he was impressed, said he rarely if ever saw that kind of service especially at 5 on a weekend. Great team you have there!!

I waited at the counter for at least 10 minutes to order while the kid standing there taking drive-thru orders didn’t acknowledge me at all. I wasn’t wanting to use the kiosk at all. The other very rude guy that was doing absolutely nothing told the nice lady that was sweeping the floor to use the kiosk to place my order and I said no. Then the manager lady came up to take my order. I like specific things done and I am willing to pay extra for any of it. Like a cup of Mayo from the back. Needless to say after waiting another 10 minutes to get my order I look into the bag for the Mayo and it was packets. I asked if I could not have these and get what I ordered. He took the packets, tossed them to the counter behind him came back with my request, slammed it on the counter, said Merry Christmas and walked away. At this point I was nearly fed up. Then I opened my sandwich to find it was missing something so the nice lady sweeping the floors went and got what I wanted and I walked to the counter to meet her. Then the super rude guy took his hand, slapped his leg and very rude to the manager said she has a complaint. Apparently the kid has had multiple complaints to the management for his attitude and yet here he is expressing this attitude to your guest. I will say this, because of him, I WILL NOT NE BACK AT THOS LOCATION!

Waited 10+ minutes at the drive thru, no one said a word. This has happened multiple times, and no they were not closed. I know it’s only fast food but come on. If your having issues inside at lease tell the person in the drive thru. If and when I do actually get food, it’s usually always wrong as well.
