GREAT EMPLOYEES, AWFUL MANAGEMENT. Every interaction I’ve had with employees have been pleasant, but the management sucks. They are always understaffed, wait times are ridiculous, and when they mess up or food is missing, the managers get angry at you for asking them to fix it. Once I had a manager refuse to give me the milks that were suppose to come with my 4 happy meals that I had ordered minutes before and realized I was missing while distributing food in the parking lot. Would not recommend.

Our adult son ate at this location yesterday for lunch. Two hours afterwards, he became very sick. He is still sick today. I called to ask for a manager and the person who answered the phone said " speaking!". As soon as I said everything, they couldn't understand me. I stated I will simply have to call corporate tomorrow then. This is NOT a game....we need better management communication for our community.

I had a bunch of egg shells in my egg and cheese mcmuffin. I thought I would try one since my husband gets all the time. Never again. I called them to get my normal sausage biscuit the next time I was there, said go there alot since live close. The employee said they wanted my spit back in the wrapper in order to get a refund. I advised I maybe sick so didn't want to get anyone else sick, so didnt want to do that. She said there was nothing she can do without the egg shells that I spit out in the wrapper with a receipt.

This location has consistently provided great customer service! The food is usually fresh and tasty and on the rare occasion when it’s not, the staff have always made it right when I brought it to their attention. Not once in 10 years has anyone at this location been rude to me. Sometimes (depending on the time of day) there can be a bit of a wait but I can see the staff is trying their best and they still provide great customer service even at very stressful times. I can’t ask for much more than that. 😊

Walked in was the only person on the inside and stood there for 11 min. The only person who acknowledged me was the guy doing the floor! I finally just turned around and left! 9:05 Am I will never go back. I was totally treated like I was invisible. 5 people and not 1 even looked at the front counter.
