Okay and safe location, staff were more focused on drive thru and curbside orders than helping anyone at the counter. Didn't give me a pager, had to keep watching the pickup counter for orders coming out, they didn't even call me name or anything. Maybe they were short 1-2 people, but it would run better with a little more focus on the front of the house service.

Great place to have a good conversation with friends. Ample comfortable seating, great food choices, pleasant environment. Indoor seating is open during covid. Outdoor seating available. Be prepared to pay premium pricing.

Tablet ordering easy. Curbside pickup and Wifi available. Indoor and outdoor dining. Friendly service though my order was incorrect. They quickly corrected. Clean inside and out. You can order ahead online or phone. I had an egg 🥚 and cheese 🧀 on ciabatta 🍞 and a light roast coffee. Both were good.
I will return and I recommend this Panera.

I didnt know it was possible to have a worst drive thru experience, but panera out does themselves again with over a 30 minute wait evverytime..
How can this company not put In a process to speed it up.

Panera was great in Derry, NH. They were very helpful and took time to help you register the Panera card right at the store. When not busy at the counter they took time to clean and not talking with friends. I would go back.

Ordered a chicken avocado BLT. Cold bread, cold, rubbery bacon, unripe tomatoes, browned edge lettuce. Was just gross. Flip side was my husband's steak & cheese: toasted bread, tender shaved, lean steak, marinated red onions & horseradish sauce. That was delicious.
