I'm thankful that they were open on Christmas Day and in the evening on top of that. I appreciate it. But I asked if there was a restroom and I was told no. That's always a dislike of mine when there is no restroom available. Any place that does business should have a restroom available for customers. I'm glad that they have security on hand. In most cases, it could help to prevent a possible crime from taking place.

If you've gone there recently overnight, like in the last year or so, you've probably stopped going because it got weird. You couldn't tell who worked there and who was hanging out in front of the store. The stations were never stocked or clean. And when you did get someone to help check you out, you either felt like an inconvenience or somebody on the inside who'd been cleared and was cool. I honestly just went somewhere else for my daily (overnight) lunches. But the new overnight manager is clearly the adult in the room, and it's noticed. Coffee station is clean and stocked, people are at the register ready to go. And if the line gets long, it's really just because they're slammed, and not because they're busy talking and laughing with their friend who just showed up and they're scowling at you for interrupting them. So yeah: if you're one of many who stopped coming by (that I'd see at other locations), it's all good. It's just a normal place again, run the normal way. Maybe even better.

This store has improved dramatically. I avoided this spot for a multitude of reasons, most are changed. The cooler is actually stocked now, and if you time it right you may catch some cooler karaoke, which has made our day several times. Shelves are stocked, but there are still a lot of cleaning and food issues. The hot food is still too sketchy since they rarely know how old it is, really hoping that is fixed soon since I love the taquitos. We have seen employees arguing (violently) at night so we only go during the day.

So I went and n here today and ordered 5 pieces of chicken and got a lemon perrier. The cashier impressed the hell out of me. I ordered the regular wings and he goes to digging through the small freezer. He's looking he's looking and when he doesn't see them and instead of suggesting something else or simply saying they're out what does he do ? He says hold on and runs to the back and walla wings. This is what 7-11 wants for it's customers. Solid polite customer service. Kudos 7-11 you've got a star in the making ! So I'm writing my review and the cashier came out to empty the trash and while doing so he's still helping customers and being polite and saying have a blessed day. Yeah he is definitely headed for managerial material ! Well done 7-11 well done
