I bought a wrap here, and I spent the whole night puking. When I called to tell them their food made me sick, they hung up on me. Multiple times. Apparently, their phone is broken too.
Don't eat here. Really. Don't. I am puking my guts out, and it's finals week.

Worst subway on the planet. I get there at 1:15pm, employees are having personal conversations and just leaving food unattended and ignoring customers. My bread, once I finally got my sandwich, was so dry it started to fall apart. The owner called, refused to give me a refund...wanted to give me a coupon so they would not be out any money. The owner also explained that the behavior was just fine because the employees are new. The good news, McDonald's is right next to them, half the price and they never move slow like subway. If this subway is bought out by corporate subway I will return, but never again under such poor leadership!!!!!!

My last subway experience yesterday was horrible. I ordered a kid's sandwich meal (veggie delight)and the cashier tried to charge me the full price without giving me the other stuff that comes with the meal. I don't believe that tiny sandwich should cost me $5,when I've been having the 6 inch veggie for less. She also displayed a rude attitude and bluntly told me that she wouldn't throw the sandwich when I told her I wouldn't pay the full price for just a tiny sandwich.After plenty of arguing she charged me $3.50 for the tiny sandwich. Overall it was a bad experience, not that I haven't experienced rude behaviour from this subway in the past,when a cashier told me at 5 pm,that i should come earlier if i want the italian herb and cheese bread, when I told her that they're always out of it. WTFF.Free cookie is no way to make up for rudeness from your employees.

Ordered a sweet onion teriyaki sub, the guy made the sub got all the way to the end then told me they had no sweet onion sauce. I feel like this is something he should have known before making the sub. Now instead of a nice sub I have a plan chicken not that great sub. End up throwing half of it away.

I love Subway but this particular Subway here on campus is a mess. The workers are often unnecessarily rude, and sometimes charge you the wrong price for your food, especially if you try to use a coupon. One time my sandwich was falling apart so bad my cheese was actually outside my sandwich. This location is really hit or miss, but mostly miss.

They refused to make an un-toasted sub. Said some of the foods aren't fully-cooked (not true) and that their specific location does not make un-toasted subs (also not true). The sub was for later in the day, after work, so I had a toasted, soggy sandwich that looked like junk.
She probably didn't know that I work in the food safety field, so I'm fairly well-versed in regulations and food safety principles. Won't be going back to this sh*t show. I wouldn't trust her to make anything I consume.
