Yampa Sandwich Co.

Yampa Sandwich Co. is conveniently located near many office buildings in the DTC around Belleview, I walk there once in a while to eat there. It’s in the smaller side street that feels very walkable, with nice street side seating. The menu is easy to understand, it’s sandwiches, soup, and salads basically. There are a lot of great options for food and everything I have gotten so far has been excellent. There are lots of great places to sit inside, in the front street seating, and in the quieter back patio. The staff is patient and kind as you’d expect for an upscale lunch place. My only issue with this place is that it’s rather expensive, a lunch salad with chicken came out to $16 with no drink or side. That’s quite a lot to spend on a salad especially for lunch and especially with no table service. In addition, there is a “add tip” section on the payment screen. As someone who truly feels the “tip fatigue” right now in America, it bothers me that I have to click through the screens.

As a Vegetarian I have couple of options to choose. I highly recommend their Hot spring sandwich for the vegetarians(You can also make it vegan). Nothing Fancy yet deliciou s. They have really good ice tea option as well. For the vegetarians who like to try some authentic sandwich I highly recommend Yampa sandwich.

I was given an impossible task and working with Yampa at Greenwood Village was a breeze. I felt so bad but they made a miracle happen while still maintaining their work load and satisfying the current customers at hand and orders they needed to complete. This was my first time working with them and I am/was completely blown away by their level of customer service and friendliness! I hope the owner sees my post and credits the employees working on 10/8/2021 at 11AM and gives credit where credit is deserved. (I thanked them as much as I could in that moment.) On another note, the food was awesome. Presentation of the food was awesome! I complimented them on how clean the restaurant was in the back let alone the front. It's always a pleasure and super reassuring to see that where food is coming out of is well kept and refreshing to look at.
