I love when I come into this bird call individually it’s very peaceful very nice and clean the staff here are amazing. There is this one employee his name is Jesse he’s so sweat very respectful his Customer Service is outstanding he makes sure all his customers are taken care of every time I come him in to order he already knows what I want I get the same thing on a daily I would definitely recommend this bird call to anyone.

This birdcall is the BEST! The southern is our favorite sandwich. Jesse and his team are always so friendly, we come here almost weekly and it’s consistently good!

Very friendly staff and relatively cheap for the area. It's inside Whole Foods and made a great respite from the cold while waiting for my bus. I'd definitely eat here again when traveling through Union Station.

Sitting here enjoying my meal and the customer service this guy behind the counter is dealing out is top class. Birdcall need to give this guy a promotion. Customer ordered to wrong location, guy put his food in here, called other location to cancel and refund. Great work y’all!

A delightful experience- popped in with a friend for lunch. Sandwich was delicious and the manager Tanner was simply so kind and welcoming. Wish every eatery was like this.

I’ve been coming here for a while and Jesse and Tierra are top notch. Not only is the food great every time but it’s so much fun to sitar the bar and talk when they have the time. Best time to go is happy hour for great price draft beer

Went there for quick delicious chicken tenders. Our service was amazing. Dulce was very helpful and a hard hard worker. We had a great chat while she worked. Look forward to seeing her next time i visit. Cierra was also very awesome. The truth the Oscar, Alfredo and James all make a great team.

After having arrived from a tiring flight, I stumbled upon Birdcall near the union station, and boy, am I glad I did!
The service was top-notch. The staff was friendly and efficient, but the standout was the manager, Tierra. She helped me pick a delicious local beer to go with my perfectly fried sandwich, making the experience even more enjoyable. Will be coming next time I'm in town.
