Very late review, but wanted to share my experience here. During my time in Denver, CO. 1997 - 2019 I have gone to this restaurant about 4 times. Each time I had the chicken friend steak breakfast which is their best meal. I missed a good chicken fried steak breakfast since I left Colorado Springs. Around Peterson A.F.B. there was a restaurant that served an excellent chicken fried steak breakfast, but sadly said restaurant went belly up. Caitlin's was as close I could find to the good old days in the Springs. Great servers and atmosphere. Since moving to Minnesota in 2019 I haven't found a restaurant like Caitlin's which is sad.

I already can't wait to return! I was impressed with the friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. I was absolutely blown away by their delicious food! I had a shredded chicken breakfast burrito that was out of this world delicious. The burrito and side of hashbrowns were topped with green chili. Fantastic flavor and just enough heat. Hashbrowns were the perfect ratio of crispy to fluffy. Highly recommended!!

A classic mom and pop diner experience with a Mexican styled menu; having gone here for breakfast, it was plain to see how this location could be overlooked. If you ever want a breakfast close to authentic Mex-American style, this is the place to go. From the omelets with many options, including different choices of breads for toast, to sandwiches, and dinner plates. This is, in my opinion, one of the best restaurants to visit.

Caitlin’s is one of my favorite new brunch spots. The food is truly authentic and always 5 star. The omelettes and country fried steak are my go to. The service here is above and beyond. Name - made sure our coffees were perfect. Bringing us fresh brew to add on top of the iced coffee. The price point is amazing too. Hard to find good food, great service and affordable. You have to check this one out. A hidden gem!
