Domino's Pizza

I have no idea why they added onions to this pizza. None of the three we ordered had onions in the order. We order every week and I get it, people make mistakes. After being put on hold for almost 10 minutes, they’d be happy to remake it. But they won’t deliver it. I have to spend my time, my ridiculously expensive fuel, and my vehicle to come pick it up for their mistake. That makes no sense to me. We won’t be using this store again.

The employees are great, chilled, and laid-back. It’s a step up from the restaurant I used to work at, where everyone was stressed out about one thing or another. Service is pretty quick and nice as well. I’ve gone there for years as my 1st pizza stop, and they always deliver! (No pun intended) For a store with as small an area as they occupy, that’s an incredible achievement. Hope the best for all the employee folks there! You do us college kids a great service!

i ordered 2 pizzas and had them delivered over the phone, the first phone call the only person in the store who i assume may be manger was rude. then once the food was delivered she only had change of 20 my order was about 50 dollars so she said she would have to go back and get change(delivery lady was nice and understanding ) i said that’s fine you can come back with change bc the manger failed to inform me over the phone that they do not accept large bills. when the lady left with my change i then got a call from the man at the store who rudely stated that me giving a large bill was an inconvenience when i was not informed of this. i then stated how it was not informed to me and he said well it is now. very poor behavior from someone who was in charge of the store.

This Dominos place lately is worst. I ordered a veggie pizza and found a sausage. When I called and asked them to deliver the pizza Preston asked me tom ay $3.99. When I asked why I have to pay again, he says it might happen and an it is just an accident for a piece of sausage and it seems like it is not Domisnos fault. And Preston (Manager) said I am (the customer) acting like a 2 years old!. And he used n words!
