This location is in the heart of convenience; you have UNT on one side and business on the other. Given the amount of traffic this store sees, on this visit they only had one lane opened around 9 a.m. Traffic was backed up and it’s not the easiest place to enter considering the triple traffic lanes both ways. Khalia was on speaker and was crushing it by taking orders and collecting money solo. The drink I ordered the syrup was spoiled and they failed to give me condiments and I requested it with my order. Staff were wearing 😷, and they did have a few people who appeared to be drifters/homeless/solicitors sitting on the curb (no pics out of respect). I did call to let them know the syrup used is likely expired and they offered to replace my drink, but it’s too busy to go back. Clean on the outside, limited parking, and in a busy area- be careful.

I don’t even know where to begin with this review. It took them more than an hour to get our food ready when there was a relatively short line. There was nothing correct about the order besides the nuggets and fries. Both of my chicken sandwiches DIDN’T HAVE CHICKEN on them, my apple pie didn’t make it in the bag, and my drink had some dark chunk floating in it. Also no ketchup. I had so many complaints with my order on Uber they refunded the entire thing. The worst fast food experience I’ve ever had.

I have allergies ask for no pickles got pickles ask no cheese got cheese, ask no cheese got charged 1.10 for cheese, 2nd burger asked no pickles got pickles, ask fresh ff at this point got old cold ff. Left got home found the pic and clod ff. Ate nothing on my birthday, till I got the refund which was late that day. Went somewhere else.
