Panera Bread

Ordered 2 pic 2's. Both had sandwiches. The chicken salad sandwich had maybe a tbsp of chicken salad. The steak and white cheddar had so little steak and cheese there was only one bite of sandwich that had meat and cheese. Price was $12 something and $13 something. Not happy with the sandwiches 😒. The soup and the salad was good.

My experiences have been bad. I get my orders delivered primarily. Almost every time, my drinks have been forgotten. I would NEVER join the sip club unless you plan on walking into the place. On the receipt, there’s a spot-checked by ___ . That has never been signed. When you call, they ask you not to call to speak to a manager during a good part of the day because it is busy, and if you do get through, no one picks up. Ever. There is absolutely no customer service for deliveries and no accountability for the orders themselves; they are too busy. As a customer who pays money, that sucks.

Ordered a sandwich with quite a few customizations and got absolutely none. Even after taking a bite out. When telling someone about it, they didn’t even think about remaking the whole sandwich. They literally just added all the customizations and left the bread on it with a bite taken out. Like do you not have the common courtesy of at least replacing the bread? And the bread had some sauce on it. They didn’t even apologize. Instead they hid. What king of service is that? Awful experience
