Los Campos

The service was very good. It's a cute little spot. I had the Chile Verde plate and it was easily the best I've had in Deming. The beans were good, as was the rice. They brought out red and green salsa for the chips. Both salsas were very good and tasty, but for many, they would be too hot. I thought they were perfect, but I'm into very spicy. The chips were very good too, better then most of the Mexican restaurants in Deming. The iced tea was smooth, fresh and delicious. I was so impressed with the Chili Verde that I ordered 2 green chili burritos to go, for later.

I first ate here several years ago. This was my second visit here. I rarely get to Deming and haven't eaten anywhere else, but I highly recommend Campos. The building is vintage. The restaurant is clean. The food is wonderful. I had the fries covered with seasoned beef, cheese, onions then doused with red And green chili sauces. Mmmmarvelous! My wife had the chicken burro. Both were perfectly seasoned and cooked. The service was great.

Food was pretty good and the girl working there was super sweet. Quaint little place with old time decor. I had the enchiladas and they were small so for the price it was okay. Tacos we were told were bigger than average but they weren't, neither were the burritos. Took the food to go so presentation I am sure is different if eaten in-house.

Really great simple AUTHENTIC Mexican at great prices & good portions. We have a large Mex community back home BUT DANG Campos May have ruined it for us! BEST chili rellenos I have ever had! I’m vegetarian & they were happy to substitute meat for yummy refried beans, cheese, & avocado. AWESOME service! Our waitress was LOVELY & was happy to make suggestions not only about the menu but also about the area. We will definitely make it a point to return to Campos for the food & service. Not fancy but perfectly cooked homemade Mex. THANK YOU CAMPOS!! ♥️🙏🏽🇲🇽
