Mediocre. Better for you than fast food but not as good as an actual restaurant. The salads are really good.
Worked here years ago and accidentally dropped a whole pan of pastries and the manager at the time told me to put them back on the counter to sell.

The service was polite and helpful, and the soups and food where yummy, but the prices for them are outrageous. For a small sandwich and this tiny little cup of soup it was about 9 dollars. I left not feeling full, but feeling hungry.

I love panera so shocked that at 9am they had souffles that were still hot but was very upset that they did not have cinnamon crunch bagels. Never been in a panera at anytime of the day and them not have cinnamon bagels.

Watched the kitchen throw what we thought was food at each other while ordering . Then while sitting in the dining room, watched a kitchen employee eat food, with the same gloved hand that they were preparing food. Called manager. Stated what we had seen.

First time at this one. If we are back in the area, we will come back. It was Overall a good experience.
I had the Napa Almond Chicken Salad with chips. The sandwich was very good. Plenty of chicken and very fresh lettuce.
I took a picture of the chips... I swear there used to be more in a bag than there is now. Maybe I'm mistaken?

I paid 9.19 for this. No humus like theres supposed to be and such little food i will be hungry again in an hour. Not worth the price, you should cook for yourself instead of buying this. Countless times i have had this issue with Panera food. So much money for such little food. Do not recommend.

Cold soup. Smallest half sandwich took two small bites and done. Expensive for how much you get need to go get another meal after this one. They have to many people working just huddled up Chatting. The girl up front is the only one truly working even though she charged me to much and I didn't catch it at the time. Just wow. Two bowls small of soup and half sandwich ( two bites) and a small cookie ( the cookie was good) 27$ !! Wow

Panera is one of the few places where they get the curbside service right. Great soups, salads, and "pick two" options. Breakfast is also pretty good. Sometimes, they close the drive-thru up to half an hour before the official closing time, so keep that in mind. There is ample parking, and the building is wheelchair accessible.
