Dunkin'

I drive for a living, across the mid-west through the south and northeast. I drive 600 miles a day and stop for Dunkin quite a bit. Each area has it's own degree of hospitality, or lack there of. I have been pretty let down at times and have had a counter person not even speak to me. I have visited this Dunkin in Deland twice now and each time they have overwhelmed us with their hospitality and family feel to the shop. They joke with the guests and treat your order like a top priority. This is honestly THE BEST Dunkin in the country. Keep up the great work! 🍵🍩😁

I really wish I was closer to a different location. It’s always something, forgetting the extra ice, or I love the one from the other when she handed me my cocoa mocha signature latte and it looked like just cream and sugar, anyone who gets mocha knows how dark your drink looks (iced) so I said I don’t think this is mocha, she says yes it is, it’s the espresso that makes it dark. Lol I said so mocha doesn’t add to the color. So I tasted it just to give her the benefit of the doubt and sure enough, not one drop of mocha. Now today, I order my daughter and I an English muffin, we get to my office, unwrap and see these wonderful burnt English muffins. My daughter still tried to eat hers and not the burnt part.

I am not very happy with my order 😒 I have ordered with this place before.. this is same thing has happened to me but before I had order half in half cream no sugar. but they add sugar anyways. other half was Not Decaf I ended up having Grinds in my coffee I was mad! Today order this picture below. This is a mess horrible service.
