Dunkin'

I love the ice coffee here, it's always good. I like the employees so much. However I don't even bother to order munchkins anymore because they have literally been out every time I've tried. I think this dunkin would be great if the manager could master the inventory orders. They shouldn't be out of stuff so much. The sycamore dunkin is never out of anything, but their employees suck and never get the order right so come to this one instead of that one.

Horrible service! I purchased a Strawberry Coolatta, Frozen at 5:30 pm today. I drive off and as I'm driving, I tasted it and it was awful! Drive back to the location, arrived at 5:35pm, only to be told they were closed! The hours of operation posted are closing time of 6pm! I got the attention of an employee to be told they threw everything away and could not do anything for me! That is ridiculous! I will definitely recommend against going here!

I needed to order donuts for my company but we have to have everything individually wrapped due to Covid. I called and spoke with the manager AJ. He said he could it for me with no problem. I stopped in later in the day to pay for the donuts as I was ordering for the next day. He gave me 3 options to have each donut in it's own individual package. He put every donut in it's own carton for me. Cartons even had a window so you could see which donut you were picking without having to open the carton. When I came the next morning to pick everything up, he had everything ready and was prompt and courteous. This will be my Dunkin to go to anytime in the future. AJ went above and beyond!!!!!

At first this place was fast and products were very good. Now it's almost a slow as the McDonald's across the street and the employees seem to be one step above the McDonald's employees on the spectrum. If I want to wait 20 minutes for average coffee I'll do it at home. Addendum to review: December 2020- can't go in because of the plan demic, so you sit at the menu that doesn't list all the products and guess what they have available in the store and the entry level dropout will say yes or no to your choice. Why are you even here?
