Mcdonald's

They are NOT open 24hours. Why? Because it’s a some kid as the night manager. Called corporate and they are SUPPOSED to be open 24 hours. All they were talking about when I was walking up to ask if they were open was how they were closing early because f it that’s why. Didn’t even wait for Uber eats to pick up the order that was just made they threw it away closed and left as Uber eats was walking in.

Worst McDonalds experience ever. I had stopped here for breakfast. At the register, a young male manager was taking the order with his mask on his chin, during the middle of the COVID pandemic. There was a glass shield between us but I was very uncomfortable. I'd ordered Sauge, egg, and cheese mcgriddle with 2 hashbrowns and a mocha frappe. When I received the food, it looked like someone had carelessly dumped everything into the bag. The drink was sticky all around the cup. Which led me to carefully examine the food. My breakfast sandwich was the only food that was OK. The hash brown wrapper had a pool of oil on the bottom, and dripping from the side. The oil had a dark brown tint to it. I am guessing the oil had not been changed for awhile. My Mocha frappe had a strong taste of strawberry. Again, my guess is that a single milkshake cup, or a container is used for both strawberry and mocha frappe, and it is not cleaned after each use. When I was done wiping the cup clean and examining through the food, I was already on the highway, did not want to turn around for some McDonalds. I was very upset the whole morning, but forgot about it until google asked my how my experience was at this oasis. I hope someone from the Oasis or McDonalds reads this and make changes.
