Starbucks

This place is incredibly slow. It took over a half an hour to get cold brew coffee and regular brewed coffee. I don't even know why I waited that long, I should have just left. They were throwing drinks away from people who didn't want to wait and left. DO NOT GO HERE if you expect coffee in a reasonable amount of time. If you need coffee badly just get it from the 7/11. It'll taste the same.

Not a good place to buy food. I asked for an iced coffee today. The person behind the counter went back to check if it was there (totally normal so far). She came back and told me that she wasn't sure if it was good, but that she'd let me return it if it tasted bad. I'm sorry, but you should just throw it away if you're not sure it's "good". No date system or no training... That's the only way that happens.

If there was a 0 star rating I think most of us would use it. Most employees don’t know how to make any of the drinks or know what the drinks are. The wait time for your drink is uncomfortably long and then of course you’re disappointed with the contents. It’s also much more costly at an oasis and you are not paying for quality. Wish Starbucks would train their oasis stores the same way they do their regular stores.

I asked for a Venti Punk Drink NO ICE. I recieved a Venti cup with maybe a tall drink(12 oz). They said they can not fill it to the top. It's pretty sad that I purchase a Venti (20 oz) and get only 12 oz of drink. I WILL NOT bother stopping here again. To me that's VERY dishonest! I know if all Starbucks does this, I'll stop buying all together. I just want what I pay for...and it's not ice or air!

This place is ridiculous; incredibly slow. I waited 20 minutes for an iced tea, which is crazy to begin with. Of course, I have no idea what they did when they made it, but it was so bad that I threw it away rather than go back and waste another 20 minutes. I will also add that there were only 2 customers ahead of me. 😠😠😠 If I could give zero stars I would.

Absolutely horrible Starbucks, not only are the baristas incredibly rude and snobby but they're very slow in working and don't push out orders fast. On top of that in numerous occasions I've been given stale products and told the baristas about it, in which they just continued to give me more stale products in exchange. save yourself some time and aggravation and go eat at the McDonalds
