Excellent service by the little guy Arturo!!!!! One of the best customer service that I have ever received. Food was delicious too!!!! Achieves optimal levels of performance and accomplishment!! Little guy Arturo is definitely a one of a kind man! My highest respect to little guy Arturo. respect must be earn, and Arturo has earned the ultimate respect on my part. Every single time I go there me and my family always want to be attended by little guy Arturo. If little guy Arturo is not there, then it will be a very bad day. Little guy Arturo never fails to make me smile. Good job little guy!!!!

Since you probably know what Panera is, let me share my thoughts on my local one... There is a lot of seating to choose from, you can take a booth or a table, by the food bar or in the back room, inside or outside - all up to you. Regardless of which seat did you take, once you got your buzzer on your table, the server will find you and bring the food over. I am pretty sure these buzzers here have small GPS trackers or something similar that interacts with the responder in the table, thus shows to servers team where you at. In either way, great idea, I wish every place had that. Now, not all of the Panera locations have those iced teas in the seating area so you can refill it, somw of them cheap out and hide them. Here its open to public and I appreciate it so much! My favorite is Passion Papaya Green Tea, if you haven't tried it yet, sure do. I am really disappointed by the fact Italian Sandwich has been discontinued, however, they now added amazing Caprese sandwich and this is my favorite one right now. And last but not least, I like Panera's Creamy tomato soup more than any one else I've ever tried. Its just right, I mean its really hard to describle feelings about it, so if you're into these, just try it and compare to similar places you can get it.
