Mcdonald's

Fries were hot & fresh, Service was extraordinary, which is uncommonly experienced at fast food places. I went in craving a slushee but they didn't have the machine yet. The cashier went above and beyond to accommodate and what's more, she smiled the entire time! If recommend this McD location to anyone in the area who has a taste for fresh french fries!

First off this has to be the absolute worse experience. I ordered a double cheeseburger and asked for tomatoes. I checked my sandwich and there weren’t any tomatoes. I went inside and asked for them to just give them to me on the side. The cooked said he put them on my burger and that i need glasses. The fact that you have to get smart is the rudest approach even if your right. When i got my things and checked my burger again he did in fact put them there but on the bottom of my burger. So you all need to better train your employees on customer service and how to properly make a sandwich. The only thing that goes on the bottom bun is a patty. I will never return to this rude unprofessional restaurant!

We shouldn't have to waste time entertaining 7 slow staff workers to make one meal. Don't come here it's not worth the investment & unlike Fauxy Red, I didn't leave this review to care how they feel. I never knew I was responsible for placing my order through the kiosk; just to have my ticket ignored, order confused & then required to be personable enough to talk to all 15000 people working each station, 1 to handle my buns, place an order with the second for cheese, order with the third person working patties because the other 14998 didn't receive communication that I wanted a garden burger. I'm just done!

I don't know why they hire people to work here. This should be the training store for all employees and maybe pay a bit more , they might act a bit better.. From the GM - Management , on down to the crew, every one is unprofessional, not there to work, don't care, slow, and the food is either cold ,hard, and or order not right..sad accommodations to this area..

This is a pretty standard mcdonalds, though it's often times busier than most locations I'm familiar with. I frequently will ask for changes to items in my order e.g. no onion, no whipped cream, heavy pickle, add tomato, ... but this location only manages to get them correct about half the time. Even when the clerk repeats the order back to me correctly I have found the order marked incorrectly on the receipt. Tonight when I pulled up to the window they ran my card for my order and then started trying to give me someone else's order. In general it seems they're a little busier and less consistent than other locations so I would not recommend this one for customers who are in a hurry or who order non-standard menu items.

Horrible customer service girl at drive thru let's you sit there and wait didn't know if they wher closed or what. When I made a suggestion after getting out of line driving around to see that they where open to let people know something by saying, be with you in a minute she got snappy and cursed out. people was leaving not knowing if they was open or not. I will never go back there again. And they got my order wrong.
