The brisket nachos were AMAZING!!!! Our server was super nice. Only reson it's not a perfect 5stars is because the drinks could have been better. But go get those nachos. I also has the brisket tacos with fries. The tacos were great. The fries were hot and super tasty.

UNIVERSAL JOINT…. Damn good atmosphere!!! Young, happy, nice music. And responsables! … mask required! I liked that.
But let’s talk about what I came for… the food! I ordered the Firecracker burger medium cooked, everything included.
Well… meat was well done. Raw jalapeños did not offer the heat I was expecting, neither the spicy alioli. Suggestion? Cook the jalapeños with the onions, caramelized. That will bring out the heat of the jalapeños, for sure! I would upgrade the alioli with more heat, and a pinch of ginger! If you ever do… please contact me, I will come back to taste it!
Staff?… the best! Family/buddies friendly
And please… don’t seat by the door on winter if you want your food hot!!!

We ended up dining here for Father’s Day dinner (After the horrible, no service @t Louisiana Bistreaux) . We were welcome with wonderful customer service as soon as we arrived. We even received a waitress, very nice and polite. The food came ASAP, fresh and hot. Delicious. With no problems. The only thing that could be improved is, add disposable paper towels into the restrooms. But over all we ended up enjoying ourselves.

I went here several years ago and wasn't impressed. But tried it again and my opinion has changed. The food was excellent! Not exactly cheap but not exorbitantly expensive either. I got my money's worth. Cold noodles, fish & chips, and shrimp skewers are all quite tasty.

They've got universal in their name for a reason! This place has a lot of menu options and does many of them very well. The chicken tacos (pictured) were flavorful and the perfect balance of filled up with toppings and a little messy. My biggest negative on them is that the service was a little slow.

Love the Turkey Chipotle sandwich on grilled pita. It is outstanding and they give you a generous amount of turkey. Can't seem to get away from ordering it. I tried the wings, but they were a total flop. They didn't offer to make it right other than 10% off my next order.

Another first timer hit! It was a beautiful day so we sat outside and enjoyed the community atmosphere. Our waitress was friendly and courteous. I will for sure visit again.
