Food was good, but sat in the drive thru for 20 plus minutes. Then they didnt even know where my pickup order was put after it was made. They weren't wearing masks. Customer service is very poor. Didn't say hello or have a good day

Employees just proceeded to make my food without any lettuce and didn't tell me. Spent over 15 dollars and got all the way home just to realize my food was wrong. Never going back.

Terrible, just spent 30$ and they got everything wrong, no chicken on my quesadilla, bag was a mess, no ice in my drinks, food tasted old, rude and unconcerned staff. Tried to call back and was hung up on. Very nice.

Not the best taco bell not the worst! It gets busy so pack your patience. Staff are polite any time I've went. Order is always correct food looks like advertised for the most part!

Stopped in after i DROVE BY AND THE DRIVE THRU WAS EMPTY! What?! The speaker was loud enough to hear over my badass kids in the backseat and they made it rain hot/mild sauce.
Would have given 5 stars but i didn't get any ice in my drink for some reason?

Quite literally the first bad review I've ever given. This is without a doubt the worst taco bell we've ever ordered from. The only item on our 40$ order that was correct and decent was the baja blast freeze, kinda. We were expecting 2 watermelon and a baja blast but got 2 baja blast and no watermelon. The freezes were a replacement for the fries they were out of stock on, because they were unable to remove them from a mobile order.. We got sour cream on things we asked to have it removed from and no sauce on anything else... absolutely the worst taco bell experience we've ever paid for.

I went through the drive thru had a simple prefer a nacho Bell grande meal with a soft taco and a nacho fry box I received a nacho Bell and a crunch wrap a burrito supreme and what looked like a cheesy bean and rice burrito smh
