Subway

One employee was terribly rude, not only to us as a customer but also to her coworker. Not only that but I asked for mustard on my sandwich at least 4 times and she didn't put any. She was too busy yelling at the cashier for ringing up our order before finding out that I wanted avocado which is an extra charge. When she was cutting my husband's sandwich in half, the knife caught on bacon and pulled all the fillings out into the floor. Instead of asking him what he had in it she just tried to shove the bacon back in and out a couple items on it and close it up. Prior to her even helping us she was just standing in the back staring and doing nothing.

Went in to buy a couple sandwiches for my son and his friend...lady behind the counter asks me if I wanted anything for myself and I yes I'd like a broccoli soup. Got to the checkout asked for the cookies and slushies and paid for everything. I noticed I didnt get a soup right away and the same exact lady that asked me if I wanted anything said I didnt ask for a soup. Already a bit irritated but keeping my composure I ask if I can add a soup and pay for it. Another lady behind the counter says let me see if we have enough and litterally starts pouring like the very last of probably yesterdays left over soup...not even half container full and was gonna sell it to me. I told her I didnt want it if its the only soup they had and as we walked out there was some mumbling going on. Worst service ever!!!! *It was litterally noon...should you not have fresh soup for your customers already made...or is it company policy to serve scraps and poor service to paying customers?

I have to say this location has really stepped it up. I am not a huge fan of subway but was impressed by the ladies working there. This is the first time in two years to see how fresh the veggies are! The work station clean and full with great customer service. Make sure you thank them for such great work and caring.

Very unpleased I have ordered the 4 from here without any problems this time I was overcharged food was made incorrectly And there was no willingness to reimburse or fix the problem The staff had no ability to pay attention to their customers This evening it looked like it was nothing but scatter brain I need a refund This happened at the Subway in Walmart In DePere Wisconsin

So I guess there's a rule that you have to order pretzels and soup while they're making your sub not afterwards....okay where was the other person? In the back, so there was two of them. She could've came out and helped too. Plus the way she said it sounded like it was a total inconvenience. How rude. I won't be going here no more.

The cashier was very unprofessiona,l there was flies in the cookie Ben flies all around.and her biggest worry was another cashier using her phone.I'm glad I wasn't the undercover boss she would'nt get her prize money..when I told her that there was flies in the cookie Ben she pulled the cookies out let the fly out and put the. COOKIES!!"right back on the rack ,And her comment was Well I just got here o' well and hunched her shoulders like so what! !! Useless you. Want 7 grams of flies and gidget to serve you .don't go to.that location
