This place is AMAZINGLY FUN…. However, “BEWARE DO NOT EAT” from the restaurant!! The only reason why we still go is that the promotion on Thursday night is real good and we are HUGE gamers. I do not Feel appreciated by the workers or management except for Kacey the bar tender (she’s super sweet and professional she gets 5 star from me) We’re Still gonna Go on Thursday nights but as far as eating….that’s a negative!!

Great Place, but some of the employee's are a bit strange imo! Recently went in w/a card that had 48,000 points on it & was questioned bye 3 different employees/Management as if they thought we had somehow managed to add points to the card ourselves. It was a 20-30min. ordeal to get a juicer my son actually wanted. Fun place though

If I could give zero starts, this place definitely deserved it. Walked in at 7:00 PM on 5/8/21. Party size, 8 adults/ 4 children. Ordered food at or around 7:15 PM. As I’m writing this review it is 8:40 PM and I have yet to receive the food I ordered. There is only 3 other tables with party of 4. Only 2 people at the bar. In addition, they had no chicken tenders, no burgers, no chicken wings, no sweet tea, I mean this place is an operational disaster. The waitress was amazing. The manager at game side tried to apologize but at that point we were done. FYI. Two Philly cheesesteaks came out and the meat was cold. Horrible. I have been to this location 4-5 times since it opened and never experienced such ineptitude in regards to customer service and diligence preparing food correctly. I hope the owner reads this review and does something to fix whatever operational issues they are having.

We have been out here a couple of times for fun family weekend trips and daddy daughter days. We have yet to have a bad experience any time we have been out! A laid back game experience with a good assortment of video games, claw machines, and ticket winners. We have always came out of here with a loot of prizes and goodies for the kiddos. This time around we managed to get 2k in tickets after winning a balloon pop jackpot.

Absolutely LOVED every aspect of this place. The games were fun and the food was really enjoyable. Definitely recommend the blackened chicken pasta, it was amazing! I ordered a drink from the bar and they were missing an ingredient to make it and the manager was nice enough to let me choose any other drink since I had already paid. Will for sure visit again when we are in the area :)

Game time was a delight. We went to bowl with 5 adults and 5 children. The attendant was very helpful for setting up the kids bowling side with a alligator slide for the kids to really feel the excitement of bowling and they were right next to our lane. Be prepared for the expenses of an hour game that will end in exactly within the hour so try to keep everyone ready to bowl. Their were attendants everywhere and even police security. We did not get to see the whole establishment but we will be back. So many arcades but we called it a night after bowling. Lots of things to do and eateries on that block. Enjoy!!@
