Subway

I had some clients that were walking around on the beach I needed to park in their parking lot for about an hour, so I went in got a sandwich at about 1pm on Saturday 19 Feb. The young lady that help me out and made my sandwich could not have been friendlier more professional and just an absolute joy to deal with. We talked for a little bit joked around she made some suggestions for a sandwich I was unsure of and it turned out to be incredible. These are the types of folks we need working for us, she wasn't there for just a paycheck she genuinely cared this is what we need. Thank you my friend you did an awesome job today and I appreciate that

Came in at 4:20 pm on 11/20 and the associate could not be anymore miserable. Sub tasted awful, even though I usually love the chicken bacon ranch. The restaurant was messy, most lights were off? In the lobby it looked bad. The associate, Lauren(?), Did not greet us or the couple that came in after. She was doing an online order, which I understand it comes before us, but she shouldn't be silent when ppl walk in. Greet and just say I'll be with you shortly. All in all this was just a bad experience, I've had really good ones here. But it'd be nice if management would staff better/or train better? Not sure what's missing but I'm sure it will be figured out soon.
