Rally's

I have to say. I’ve been Very critical of this Rally’s in the past because they’ve always been very slow and always got the order wrong. But after stopping by this evening, I was very pleasantly surprised! We ordered 4 separate meals and they nailed every single order. The sandwich was plain as requested and all the food was Hot and delicious! 2 people in particular I want to recognize, Both named Michael, are exceptional and very good with customers. Based on this experience alone, I’m very likely to return again! Thanks so much for a great experience!

Everybody working the late shift on March 3rd needs fired. I called talked to the manager Darnell(rude) told him what time my receipt should have been & the amount of my receipt.. that I never received.. from the very rude lady cashing people out through the drive-thru. I was told he couldn't get me my receipt number for me to do the fry bomb thing because as you'll see in the picture I post, reminding somebody that they forgot an item that you ordered and paid for get you the very smallest and least amount along with a lot of attitude. Although he did offer to replace my fries, gas being $3.79 a gal to come back and pick them up. It's going to cost more for gas then what I paid for the fries.
