Been going to this Wingstop for months and never had an issue until today. Ordered carry out from the app at 11:04 with an 11:25 pick up time. Arrived at 11:25 and they tell me it’ll be ready in 9 minutes. 15 minutes pass and my order isn’t ready. I ask the lady in charge and she asks the cook when my wings will be ready only to realize that the cook never put them in the fryer. Management, please hire better people. It was 11:45 when I got my refund and an apology, too bad I can’t cash an apology for my wings at a better Wingstop.

Wish I could give zero stars. Horrible service. Don’t waste your time here. I waited over an hour for my food. Turns out they had bagged it and never called my name. I asked for a refund and the cook in the back said “why don’t you just go somewhere else.” Couldn’t believe what I heard. Had me shook. This place is garbage.

My friends and I came in here on a last minute whim, and were so pleased with our experience. Monica, the manager, is the absolute sweetest and the food was hot and delicious. Best wingstop ever!

The wings were fine, and the service was good but the fries were bizarre. They have a "spice blend" they put on it that contains sugar? It's very odd to get sweet fries. I tried to give it a good shot but it was just an odd flavor

Great place for a quick bite. Dine in or take away. Bone in or boneless. This chain specializes in wings. Many different flavors and spice levels.
They also serve beer and have two larg screen TVs. Good place to watch a game.
