I ordered ahead using the app and included "special instructions" in the app as well. The manager arrived with my meal, but I realized he didn't read the instructions mentioned so I went inside to take care of it. Normally, I would have picked up myself, but we had our dog in the car and I didn't want to leave my family member and dog unattended. I should have checked my order right away. Not a huge deal at all. Otherwise the food was great abd ready on time!😁

Extremely rude staff with terrible communication skills.. I visited around 11:30 am on 28 September 2021. An Indian guy in the counter started talking to me in Hindi, assuming I don't understand English well enough.
Truth is, he can barely communicate in English and doesn't even have the basic courtesy of greeting his customers. He was giving off the vibe that I was wasting his time. Sorry, not visiting this Subway again.
I'm attaching pictures of the bill. (I didn't tip as I felt they didn't deserve it.)

Very poorly managed outlet. They close the restaurant even before closing time, and service is only selectively nice.

Went in at 8:45am on 12/14/2019, to order a sandwich and they didn’t have any bread ready. They open at 8am. I just have one question. How could the basic ingredient to a sandwich not be ready by opening time??
No excuse it’s 45 minutes after opening.

Both of the people working there were incredibly rude. Both had an attitude like I was inconveniencing them for spending money there.

Subway is a great option when you don't wanna go to a sit down restaurant but still want a meal. I love getting the BMT footlong, the only reason I give it 4 instead of 5 is because I miss the 5$ footlong and I don't like being charged extra for mozzarella cheese or avacado. But they always give me extra pickles so I count it a win!

This subway is much better than the one near Sutter Davis Hospital. Typical Subway sandwiches but generous toppings. Busy the times I've been there.
