Pizza Hut

Ordered and waited for over an hour. When we went to check on order was told by owner ‘it was ready 10 minutes ago’ and they called my name. Owner was arrogant and unapologetic Said he didn’t care that we had been waiting. Will NEVER go back to this Pizza Hut. He has given Pizza Hut a bad name. To add insult to injury Pizza was tasteless

Located inside the Coolalinga Central shopping centre. We went there for a dine-in meal on a Friday night and although it was fairly busy, there was plenty of seating. Lots of good pizza choices and meal deals. All the food came out hot and fresh. I liked that they used cardboard straws, even though they turned to mush after awhile. We'll definitely be back!

If I could put lower stars I would, waited over 40 minutes for a pizza we sat down waiting for our pizza to be delivered to us. I ended up going up to the counter to see what the hold up was and our pizzas had been sitting behind the counter for over 10 minutes. We were then told by the owner who was on shift that it wasn't his problem that they called out our name once and did not try to find us. He than made a barrage of excuses for his poor quality of service and that it was basically our fault that they did not know how to do their job. Don't waste your time go across the road to dominos!
