The family and I visited the Artisan cafe for a drink following a walk on the moors.

The cafe boasts a convenient location in Darwen town centre, a great selection of drinks, and stylish decor. Service was great thanks to a friendly host, however the cafe itself was very quiet but it was a Sunday so this is likely to be the reason.

Definitely return when walking in and around the Darwen moors.

Had my daughters 30th on 25th february I couldn't ask for more great buffet good music and friendly service from the bar staff kept in contact with the owner throughout he was very attentive, lovely man would recommend to have any parties here thankyou

Took my neices and nephew tonight for a birthday meal and was very impressed. Was a beautiful setting and the man looking after us popped us in a quiet booth making it feel special and he couldn’t have been more attentive. Food was lovely too. Great little place.

Would be five starts if not for the toilet facilities being ABIT under staderd it's great value for money the neal was amazing. I'm definitely cc oming back.

We held my partners 60th Birthday party on the 26th of November 2022 and what an absolutely smashing venue it is.
Everyone had a great time and the food was great and the staff were lovely.

Held out Baby Celebration here and what an event it was. Fantastic space, great buffet and the staff being so helpful!! Can't wait to hold another for more celebrations. Would recommend to anybody and visit when we can! Beautiful venue!

Birthday meal for myself with family. Booked online, received email and text with confirmation. Seated straight away at the rear of the building, order taken quickly, drinks arrived. Quite a wait for food but kept updated by staff which made the wait not unpleasant. Two courses for 11.95 roast dinners which were lovely and plentiful. Veg on plates and extra cauliflower and broccoli cheese on separate serving dish. Yorkshire puddings were delicious and the smell drifting from the kitchen was too. Thank you for a lovely evening .

Came on Saturday for Halloween Afternoon lunch with the kids and we all enjoyed it. Very friendly staff and the food was lovely.. will defiantly be revisiting

We came across this place by chance, we were on our way to the kettle kitchen for some lunch but when we got there we were told there was no electricity so we left and saw artisan. The staff were very friendly and who I pressume is the owner was superb he was very chatty (in a nice way) and catered to all our needs, within 5 minutes of sitting down we had both hot and cold drinks. I had the fish and chips while my partner has the open steak sandwich, both were excellently presented and tasted even better. My personal favourite and the main reason I will be returning is the wide selection of tea. The only problem was the freezing cold bathroom.
