Absolutely unacceptable service and mannerisms. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a 3 pc chicken box with dark meat. When the lady read back my order she said white meat which I kindly corrected and she brushed it off with an attitude stating: “yea dark meat.” When I got to the window the lady there was confused what my order was. When she was able to state my order she also stated white meat. Which I then corrected again saying “it was supposed to be dark meat.” She responded to this saying “she has it on here as white meat” and then I hear another worker in the background with an attitude saying: “I asked him what he wanted and he said white meat.” Which was absolutely not true as I have corrected it every time that it was brought up. Then it seems that another worker stated they made the box with dark meat and the lady at the window handed me my food and closed the window before I could even say anything. I checked my food and of course it was wrong, but at this point I was beyond frustrated and just left.

I do a few KFC runs every month, & this one has it together a little bit better than the others here in Florence. Even if the line is long, it will move pretty fast. Sometimes I drive the extra 2 - 3 miles to this one since the other 2 are busier most of the time & I do not like to wait long. All of them are very good & have chicken livers on Fridays. This one (on E Palmetto) has them on Mondays also. They sure know how to cook them!!!

Natialya(the manager) after I called the store phone once I got to the window and got no answer at 9:50 told me she was closed at 9:50 because she refused to make any more mash potatoes for my famous bowl after I’ve sat in this line for the past 30 min that unexceptionable. I demand repercussions. I’m hungry! Food service is the job she applied for. It’s disrespectful for someone working in the food service industry to refuse food service.

I live out of town in Sumter but go to this KFC about every 4th thursday after doctor appointment for chicken livers. They are always out, there response is, they were Buy one get one yesterday on Wednesdayand we sold out. So order more if you run out on Wednesday to last thru Thursday. No brainer...... This has happened about the last 8 times I came, my wife loves the livers.....
